If you are having problems getting in, you may want to try resetting your password.
Put your e-mail address in the white blank box by the reset my password link (not in the normal log in boxes). Once you have done that click on the reset password and it will e-mail you a link to change your password.
If the page is not recognizing your e-mail address, contact us here with your JVZoo purchase info (the AP- 11111111111111 number helps us to verify your purchase), and we will get you set up in the members area and e-mail you back log in information.
